Protogel Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the protogel platform by all Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any service on this platform.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the protogel platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the protogel platform. Continued use following any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions that permit participation in online gambling activities under applicable local laws. protogel reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user may only register one account on protogel. Duplicate registrations using different information, phone numbers, or made through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and local bank account details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. protogel will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
Two-factor authentication via phone OTP is recommended and may be mandatory for certain actions.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be temporarily suspended for security purposes.
Any suspicious activity detected on your account will be notified via your registered phone number.

3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the protogel platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for any illegal purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.

The following actions constitute a breach of the terms of use and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance without compensation:

Using software, bots, or automated systems to access or interact with the platform.
Manipulating the payment system, bonuses, or game mechanics in an unfair manner.
Making false claims related to transactions, winnings, or technical issues.
Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
Disrupting platform operations or the experience of other users.
Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of games or the payment system.

Protogel reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including temporary account suspension pending investigation.

Unauthorised use of protogel's intellectual property — including logos, brand name, interface design, and platform content — is strictly prohibited without written consent. All copyrights and intellectual property rights to this platform belong to protogel and its affiliated parties.

4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the protogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign exchange conversion fees apply, as all deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed entirely in RM via local Malaysian payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported local banking options. Deposits are typically processed within minutes and credited directly to your account balance.

For withdrawals, a minimum amount applies per request. Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account registered during sign-up or subsequently verified. protogel reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be communicated within the user account.
Failed or unprocessed transactions must be reported to support within 24 hours.
Protogel is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Any attempt to process payments through unauthorised third parties may result in account suspension.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Winnings derived from bonus balances may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met.

5. Liability Limits, Third-Party Links & Account Policy

Liability Limits

Protogel is not liable for any financial loss, loss of anticipated profits, business disruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. protogel's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

This platform is provided "as is" and protogel makes no guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

Third-Party Links & Content

The protogel platform may contain links or references to third-party services. protogel is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of those links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure

Protogel reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of these terms and conditions.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
Attempting to exploit or manipulate platform systems.
Requests from relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.

In the event of account closure for valid reasons unrelated to a user violation, any remaining cash balance will be processed for refund in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Protogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest update date will be noted at the top of this document.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the protogel platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures established under Malaysian jurisdiction.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be set aside while all remaining provisions continue to be in full force and effect.
